Sundae Scoop #5
It has been a while since we came together over cookies and creators. Be sure to check out my Instagram stories on Sundays for the creators of the week. You’re here for the cookies so let’s get to it.
Chocolate
Chip Pecan Cookies
Maybe
I am already missing the south, or maybe I am trying to get my children to love
nuts.
Either
way these cookies did not miss. If you also have little ones, I recommend using
tiny pecan chips. Mine did not fret about them, and they helped make them. (They
knew they were in there.)
Here’s
the recipe:
2
Eggs
1
Cup Unsalted Butter
(Melted,
brown for increased flavor)
2
tsp Vanilla Extract
1
tsp Salt
1
tsp Baking Soda
½
Cup Granulated Sugar
1
Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1
Cup Pecans (halves, chopped, chips)
1
Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1. Preheat
oven to 350 degrees
2. Beat
butter and sugars until fluffy
3. Mix
in Eggs
4. Add
Vanilla
5. In
separate bowl mix dry ingredients
6. Add
dry to wet
7. Mix
in Chocolate Chips & Pecans
8. Scoop
& Bake for about 12 minutes
9. Enjoy!
