Sundae Scoop #2

 

It is week two of The Sundae Scoop! I hope y’all enjoy these chocolate chip roll outs. Who said ya can’t decorate chocolate chip cookies?


 

 

 ½ Cup Unsalted Butter (Room Temp)

1 Egg

¼ Cup Granulated Sugar

½ Cup Brown Sugar

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Vanilla

½ Cup Chocolate Chips

1 ¾ Cup All Purpose Flour

 





In mixer, Cream butter & sugar (About 2 mins)

Mix in Egg

Add Vanilla
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, slowly add
Mix in chocolate chips by hand
Preheat oven @ 350 degrees
Roll out dough
Chill for 30 mins in fridge

Cut out cookies and chill again for 15 mins
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Enjoy!
